浅谈标准物质在环境监测中的应用体会及建议

Abstract： Environmental monitoring data serves as the scientific foundation for formulating environmental protection policies，implementing environmental management measures，carrying out environmental law enforcement work， and evaluating environmental quality.Their representativeness，integrity，accuracy，precision，and comparability （hereinafterreferred toasthe“fivecharacteristics"）relyonthestandardizedapplicationandscientificmanagementof reference materials in monitoring.Regarding a series of existing problems in currnt reference materials，such as the uneven qualityof products from diferent brands，dificulties in meeting the actual needs of monitoring research in terms of variety，characteristic values，andupdate speed，toonarrow scopeofqualification determinationofreference materials，inappropriateconcentrationranges ofstandard samples，and insuficientlyrigorous testingrequirements，itis recommended that reference material manufacturers further enhance the scientificity and practicality of concentration seting for reference materials，strengthen the value assgnment/verification work and standardized management of

reference material concentration.Itis also recommended thatreference material users or personnelactively strengthen the comparison monitoring and verification of reference materials from diferent methods，sources，and batches， improve the scientificityand rigorousness ofreference materialuse，effectivelyensure the“fivecharacteristics”of monitoring data，and provide scientific support for environmental management.
