Abstract：This paper focuses on the evolution and core contents of China’s regulatory policies and standards for electric bicycles.Byreviewing theregulatorypolicychanges from l990 to the present，itdemonstrates the transformationofChina’s electric bicycle regulatorysystem froma single technical standard toacomprehensive governance approachthroughout the entire chain.Atthe same time，it analyzes the standards system centered on the GB17761-20l8，Safety technical specificationfor electric bicycles，and explores its impact onindustrial safety and sustainabledevelopment.Through thedualresearchofpoliciesandstandards，itaims toprovideusefulreferencesfor the high-quality development and regulatory work of the electric bicycle industry.
