统一社会信用代码在深圳市小汽车增量调控管理中的应用研究

Abstract： Inorder to ease trafficcongestion，improve airquality，and regulate the rational and orderly growth of cars，the Shenzhen Municipal Government has implemented apolicy to control the incremental growth ofcars since 2014.Through empirical analysis，this paper explores the specific applicationof the unified social credit code in the information review process of Shenzhen’s car incremental regulation policy and its role in enhancing management effectiveness.Theresearch shows that establishing astandardized information identifcationsystem through theunified social creditcodecan promote cross-departmental datasharing and business collaboration，optimize government service processes，and provide innovative solutions for the modernization of social governance.
