榆中县食品安全检测体系现状及优化研究
摘 要:食品安全检测是通过科学技术手段对食品进行分析检测,以评估其从生产到消费的整个过程中是否符合安全标准。本文以榆中县为例,对当地食品安全检测体系的现状以及存在的问题进行分析,并提出优化措施,以期为提升榆中县食品安全检测水平,保障公众健康,促进地方经济发展提供理论参考。

Research on the Current Situation and Optimization of Food Safety Testing System in Yuzhong County

Abstract: Food safety testing is to analyze and test food through scientific and technological, to evaluate whether it meets safety standards throughout the process from production to consumption. This article takes Yuzhong county as an example to review the current situation and existing problems of local food safety testing system, to provide theoretical reference for improving the level of food safety testing in Yuzhong county, protect public health, and promoting local economic development.
