‘双师三轨”协同育人机制在高职汽车专业双创教育中的实践与探索

【Abstract】The research focuseson the application of the "dual-teacher and three-track"collborativeeducation mechanism in the double-creativity education of automotive majors in higher vocational colleges,and explains its theoretical connotation andoperational logic.Thispaper focuses on analyzing the collaborative roleof university teachers,enterprise mentors and entrepreneurshipcoaches incourse co-construction,project co-research and talent cocultivation,and explores the practical modelofthismechanismin teaching reformand industry-education integration. Through cases of course construction and technological breakthroughs,the achievements of the mechanism inenhancing teachers'capabilities,strengthening students'innovationand entrepreneurshipqualities,and integrating professional education are summarized.At the same time,thedeficiencies in system connection and resource allocation are pointed out.Research shows thatthe "dual-teacherandthree-track"mechanismisconducive tothedeep integrationof innovation and entrepreneurship education with automotiveprofessonal teaching,and has significant promoting significance for the cultivation of innovative technical talents.
