【Abstract】Under the global trend of energy conservation,emisson reduction and green travel,the number of inserviceelectric vehiclecharging equipment in China has grown rapidly.Bytheendof August 2O25,it hadexceeded17 millon.However,problemssuchasnaturalaging,nvironmental erosion,impropermaintenanceandtraditionaldetection methods (with alarge number of devices,long time consumptionand ignoring scene diferences)haveled toadecline in theirsafetyandoperationaleficiency.This articletakes theon-siterapid inspectionof in-service electric vehiclecharging equipment as thecore andcombines the currnt investigation situation in many places in Guangdong and Guangxi. Firstly,itclarifies theequipmentclassificationand typical problems.Furthermore,sortoutthethreemajor inspection items (site selectionand civil engineering standards,power supply interaction safety,and equipment bodysafety)under multi-dimensionalscenarios (residentialareas,roads,public areas),anddesignarapid inspection plan basedonstandards such as NB/T33004—2020andGB/T27930 (includingdata verification in the preparation stage and groupcolaborative inspection intheon-sitestage).Thissolution hasbeenappliedin Guangdong,Guangxi,Hainanandotherregions,which caneffcientlyidentify potential hazards,ensure charging safety,and providesupportforthesubsequentformulationof standards and the research and development of intelligent equipment.
