【Abstract】The penetration rate of new energy vehicles has been increasing year by year,but fuel commercial vehicles stillhold asignificant positionin theirrespective nichemarkets.The engineECU plays acrucial role infuel economy,powerperformance,and theoverallelectroniccontrolfunctionsofthevehicle.However,during thedevelopment process,vehicle manufacturers oftenadopt the method of direct instalationanddebugging,withoutconducting systemlevelintegrationand debugging of theECUandthe vehicle's electrical system.This paperbuildsa vehicleelectrical systemand ECU joint debuging bench based on theengine ECU simulation equipment,conducts simulation tests,and studiesand summarizes 24 ECUtestitems related to electronicand electrical systems,including ECUcruisecontrol, throtle interlock,intakeairheatingandotherfunctions,to expandthefunctions ofthevehicleelectronicand electrical test bench and reduce test costs.
