【Abstract】To address the pain points of slow response and high cost in peak shaving and frequency regulation of traditional power grids,thisarticleexploresthe mechanismof electric vehicleenergystorage in power gridregulation. First,summarizethe parameter characteristicsof mainstream technologies such as lithium-ion bateriesand hydrogen fuelcels,and reveal their advantages of distributedand bidirectional charginganddischarging.Subsequently,the peak shaving capacityof electric vehicle clustersof diferent scales wasquantitativelyanalyzed-the totalschedulable capacity of a1000o-vehicleclusterreached2785.0oMW·h,withanaveragedailyvalleyfillngof1572.48MW·h,andtheunitost was as lowas O.76 yuan per kilowatt-hour.Moreover,innovative peak shaving models suchasaggregators and vehiclegrid interactionwere proposed.Finally,verifythefrequencyregulation performanceof electric vehicle energystorage: The millsecond-level response speed issuperiorto thatof traditional units.Combinedwith thebattery management system,itcanpreciselycontrol thefrequencyandclarifyitsmarketaccessandpricing mechanism.Research shows that energystorage inelectric vehiclescan efectivelysmothoutloadfluctuationsandenhance the stabilityofthepower grid, providing support for the optimization of the new power system.
