【Abstract】Aiming at the problem of low success rate of automatic transfer between C-shaped lifting gear and ground skid inthe conveying systemof the painting workshop,starting fromthe manufacturing and installtionaccuracy, the adjustment methods of relevant equipmentthat afect the success rate of transfer are expounded.Atthesame time, optimization strategies in dimensions such as long-termoperation stability maintenance of equipment,and personnel training management are supplemented.Provide more comprehensive technical support for the eficient operation of the conveying system in the painting workshop.
