【Abstract】This paper proposes a temperature estimation method for low-voltage DC motors based on Rotational Speed (REV).This method is basedonthe motor parameter model libraryand combines the dynamic characteristics of motorheat generationanddisspationas wellas the nonlinear mapping relationship between driving current androtational speed to construct a temperature prediction algorithm framework.Byseting up an experimental bench to collect the measured dataand adopting the errorreverse correction strategy to iteratively optimize the algorithm,the maximum deviation between the estimated value and the actual temperature was ultimately made ≤3% . This method can avoid the relianceof traditional modelsoncomplex sensors,save thecostof vehicle sensors,and has engineeringapplication value inthe field of motor thermal protection and fault early warning.
