【Abstract】 In response to the increased heterogeneity of European charging piles under the promotion of the EU AFIR regulation,which has ledtotheriskofvehicleand pilecompatibility,thisarticle proposesa Europeanstandard compatibilitytesting methodbasedontheanalysisofchargingcharacteristics.Byanalyzing thediferences incommunication protocols,electrical parametersand protection strategies ofcharging piles under standards such as DIN7O121 and ISO 15118,avirtualtestbenchcovering charging performance,reliability,boundaryvalues,adaptabilityandfault injection was built to simulate abnormal scenariosof hardwareand protocols.This methodcan simulatethefailurescenariosof European standardchargingreducethecostofoverseasreal-piletesting,ndprovidetechnicalsupportforthecoordinatedoptiization of vehicles and charging piles when electric vehicles are exported to Europe.

1欧洲充电桩市场与出口兼容性挑战

1.1 欧盟充电桩市场发展提速

根据欧盟替代燃料基础设施法规(AFIR)截至2025年5月的官方统计,欧洲公共充电桩总量已突破百万关口:荷兰以193040台总保有量居首;德国紧随其后,充电桩总数达173363台(其中直流桩40181台,为欧洲直流桩数量最多的国家),快充占比约23% ,支撑其“高速走廊 + 城市核心”双轮驱动战略;法国充电桩总量约119000台,快充比例与德国接近;比利时、意大利、瑞典、英国则处于第二梯队,充电桩总量介于50000~100000台之间。(剩余5074字)
