【Abstract】Based on thefailure of the automatic start-stop systemof Gely Emgrand GL model，this paper sorts outthe fault diagnosis processfroma practical perspective，focusesonanalyzing keylinkssuch as line connection，sensor signal，and control modulecommunication，and proposes alinerepairplan incombination withtypicalcases，providing practical maintenance guidance for auto repair personnel.
