【Abstract】This paper aims to study the reliability of vehicle-mounted LCD displays in high-temperature and high-humidityautomotive environments.Itanalyzes the dual valueof improving reliability inreducingdriving safety hazardsand maintenance costs.The paper reveals thecurrent technical bottlenecks faced by vehicle-mounted LCD displays,including the performancedecayof and moisture-resistant materials,the shortcomings inthedesignof sealed and heat disipation structures,and the lack of conformity between simulated environment tests.Based onthis,the paper proposes systematic improvement strategies:adopting new composite materials to upgrade key components such as polarizers,liquid crystal layers,andsealing gels;constructinga "three-layerand three-interface sealingsystemanda "zoned heatconduction,key insulation"heat disipation structure;and establishinga "three-dimensional scenario,fourstage evaluation"simulation test system.
