【Abstract】The integration of automotive electronics puts extreme demands onthe miniaturization,high-density andextreme working conditionreliabilityof automotive smartconnectors.Polybutylene terephthalate has become thecore shellmaterialbyvirtueof itsexcellentelectricalinsulation,heatresistanceanddimensionalstabilitybutthemultifield coupling of melt flow,heat conduction,pressure transferandcrystalization shrinkage inthe injection molding process is proneto inducing non-uniformcrystallne orientation andresidual stress concentration.Especiallyin the manufacture of microstructuredconnectors,theabovecouplingefectissignificantlyexacerbated,resulting indefectssuchasheader warpage,terminalcoplanaritymisalignment,andotherdefects,which directlythreatenthereliabilityoftheon-board electronic system.The existing processoptimizationlacks theknowledge ofsystematiccoupling mechanism,therefore,this study focusesonthe multi-fielddynamiccoupling mechanism of the injection molding processof PBT-based connectors, and explores the temperature-flow-stressinteractionlawindepth,withaviewtoprovidinga theoreticalcornerstone forthe manufacturing of high-precisionand high-reliabilityin-vehicle electronic devices.
