【Abstract】This article mainly analyzes the types and potential risks of common voltage terminals for wires of diffrent diameters in the high-voltagecharging base of new energy vehicles.Firstly,this paper focuseson discussing the problemof signallinebreakagecausedbythesignificant diferenceintensileforce values when thesignal lineand thePEline areco-pressedathigh magnificationwirediameters.Secondly,itcompares and elaborates ontheadvantages and disadvantages of MW-type crimping and six-sided crimping.Finall,it proposes improvement measures suchas optimizingthe crimping proces,mold design,and wireharnessfixation to enhance the connection reliabilityof theco pressed terminal,providing a basis for product development and quality control.
