【Abstract】To meet the demand for multi-variant and smal-atch production in the automotive manufacturing industry,this study addresses the challenges of low linechange eficiencyand poor equipment universalitycaused by dimensional differences in headlights across multiple vehicle models.Aflexible fixture system basedon D-Hmodeling and vacuum adsorption technology was developed.By reconstructing 3D surfaces to establish high-precision models,the systemachieves forceadaptive adjustment and rapid model switching.The modular design increases universalityby 70% enabling quick adaptationto various headlightassemblies.Practicalapplications demonstrate that thesystem significantly reduceschangeover timeand productioncosts,enhancing theflexibilityand intelligence of assembly lines,thereby providing an effective solution for mixed-model production.
