【Abstract】Under the trend of automotive electrification and intellgence,vehicles have higher requirements fordynamicperformance and comfort.Shock absorbers,as thecoreof thesuspension system,their performance affects multiple aspects such as vehicle body control.In response to the current widespread problems such as valve system response lag,material failure,and damping decline,this article focuses onthe research of dynamic characteristic optimization and material compatibilityof hydraulic shock absorbers.Through structural innovation design and he apication of high-performance materials,a suspension system solutionthat combines high response speed and long service life is constructed.
