【Abstract】This paper focuseson the faults of power bateries in new energy vehicles.It first analyzes their core characteristicsandsystematically elaboratesontheapplicationlogicandoperationalkeypoints of threekeytechnologies: on-boardreal-time diagnosis,ofline diagnosis,and intelligent diagnosis. Ultimately,a standardized troubleshoting processis constructed,which includes initial screening,in-depth detection,fault repair,and efectverification.The research aims to provide references for improving the efficiency of power batery fault handlingand ensuring the safe operation of new energy vehicles.

中国新能源汽车产业得到快速发展，从行车安全层面来看，在内外部因素共同影响下，动力电池存在故障失效概率，故障机理复杂，现有故障诊断机制尚不完善，诊断精度有待提升，无法迅速消除故障隐患，未能满足新能源汽车快速发展需求。（剩余5372字）
