【Abstract】With the rapid development of the automobile industry in the direction of intelligence and networking, asthe"Neural network"of thevehicle,thestructureoftheautomobilewiring harness is becoming moreand morecomplex, andthetypes are becoming more and more numerous,which brings new chalenges to the warehouse management of wire harness manufacturing enterprises.This paper first expounds the significance of the introduction of intellgent systems, and thensystematicallyproposesa hierarchical overallarchitecture design scheme,furthermore,afeasibleoptimization strategy is proposedfromtheperspectiveofintellgentschedulingofworkflowand systemlifecycle maintenance,inorder tohelpenterprisesinthefierce marketcompetitionthroughtheintellgentinnovationofinternallogistics tobuildasolid core advantage of supply chain.
