【Abstract】Automotive gears are the core components of vehicle power transmission,and the hardness level and distributionofthegearsdirectlydeterminetheirabilitytoresist wear,contactfatigue,andotherfailures.Heattreatment is the keyprocess that imparts the necessry intrinsic properties tometalparts.Italowsforchanges in the internal microstructure of the material and enhances its strength and toughness.Diferent heattreatment processes canlead to significantdiferencesinthfinalhardness,evenwhenthesamematerialistreated,thusaffectingtheoverallprformance of the gears.Therefore,this paper explores the gears produced by two heat treatment processesapplied inautomotive gear manufacturing,aiming toobjectivelyreveal the specific impact of process selectiononthe final hardnesslevelof the gears,providing areferenceforoptimizing production processesand ensuring theperformance and lifespan of the gears.

热处理是机械制造中的关键工艺环节,核心在于通过调控金属材料的加热、保温和冷却过程,改变其内部的微观组织结构或表面的化学成分,从而获得或改善材料的力学、物理等使用性能。(剩余4907字)
