【Abstract】The problem of high voltage failure to poweron BYD Qin EV pure electric new energy vehicles occurs from time to time，which has asignificant impacton the normal useof the vehicle.Basedonthis，this article introduces the high-voltage system structure and controllogic ofBYD Qin EV，analyzes the types of high-voltage non poweron faults，explains thediagnostic processand methods ofsuch faults，andproposes common faultcauses，manifestations，and maintenance methods based on practical cases.
