【Abstract】By analyzing the clasic software development process，combined with the software architecture of the infotainment system，the vehicle development process and the development mode of this system，this article proposes a development method basedon the division of systemsections： The underlying software adopts the Vmodel，middleware and system application software adoptthe incremental development model，and ecosystem function software adopts a combinationof the incremental and Scrumagile development models.This research content can provide somereferences for the process control methods of future in-vehicle infotainment system software development.
