【Abstract】The batery cold plate is an important component of the battery thermal management system. The thermal managementperformanceof new energybatteries playsacrucialroleintheperformanceandsafetyof bateries. Through static load tests on thecoldplate,a matching test fixture is designed to study the strength ofthecold plate, analyze thedeformation of thecold plate,compare thestrength differences between theformed cold plate and raw materials,andtesttheoverallairtightnesschangesofthecoldplatebeforeandafterthetest.Atthesametime,asedon thelayoutof thecooling spaceonthe large surface of the bateryand theactual expansion force load conditions of the batery,fatigue durabilityresearchonthecoldplateiscarriedout.Thedeformationofthecold plateafter thealternating loadtestisanalyzed,andtheoverallairtightnesschangesofthecoldplatebeforeandafterthetestaretested.Through the resultsof thestaticloadtestandfatiguedurabilitytestofthecold plate,dataguidance isprovidedforoptimizing the structural design and spatial layout of the cold plate.
