【Abstract】 Clearance is one of the core elements of insulation coordination for automotive electrical equipment, directlydetermining the insulationreliabilityandoperational safetyof vehicleelectrical systems.Basedondomesticand international automotive electrical safety standard systems,this paper analyzes the design principles,key influencing factors,and specificationrequirements of clearance,and focuses onexpounding the mechanismbywhich factors such as ratedvoltage,overvoltagecategory,andon-boardpoutiondegreeafectthedeterminationofclearane,iming toprovide technical supportfor thedesign,manufacturing,testing,and certificationof automotive electrical equipment.
