【Abstract】In response to the problem that the increase in electronic devices in new energy vehicles leads to a higher risk oflow-voltagebatterydepletion，this paper proposesanemergency charging system scheme forautomotive lowvoltage bateries.Thissystem iscomposedofagatewaycontroller，anintelligentremotecommunication terminal，abttery sensor，abodycontrol module and avehiclecontrolunit.Each node communicates with the gateway through CAN/LIN bus. The solution can be implemented inconjunctionwith the intellgent charging strategy，whichcan efectivelyreduce the probabilityofcompletedischarge of thecarbatery，avoid permanentdamage，andenhance theuser'sdriving experience.
