【Abstract】This article analyzes the composition and working principle of the side air curtain system，optimizes the selectionof gas generators andthedesignof key parameters，andconducts simulation analysisonthe inflation process byusing fluid-structurecoupling simulation technology.Verifythe efectiveness of the optimized design scheme and provide a brand-new idea for improving the safety protection performance of the side air curtain system.
