【Abstract】With the popularization of electric vehicles,the metering accuracy of DC charging piles has become the key toensuring user rights and the fairness of services.This paper is basedon JJG1149—2022 "Electric Vehicle OffBoard Charger (Trial)",focusingonthemetering erorof DC charging pile,analyzing theinfluenceof multiplefactors such as ripple,temperatureand hardware characteristicson metering accuracy,and proposes an error analysis methodbasedon signal decompositionandneuralnetwork,andverifies theefectivenessof themethodthrough experiments.Theresearch results provide technical support for theoptimization of metering performance and the implementationof procedures for DC charging piles.
