【Abstract】This paper presents a functional control system scheme for an electric spoiler. The system consists of an electric spoiler,alifting mechanism,a motor,an electric spoiler control module,a host,a rear area controler, and acentral processing unit.The host and therear area controller communicatevia CAN bus signals,while the rear area controlerand the electric spoilercontrol module interactthroughLIN bus,with therear area controller mainly responsibleforsignalforwarding. Whenthe userclicks the electric spoileronoroffswitchonthe host,the host sends the correspondingCANcommand signal to thereararea controler,which forwards thesignal to theelectric spoilercontrol module via the LINbus.After receivingthe controlcommand,the electricspoiler control module drives the electric spoiler motorto perform actions,andatthesame time,itreal-time monitors thecurrent statusand Hallsignal changes fedback bythe motor.Iftheelectric spoiler encounters anobstacleduring theaction proces,theelectric spoilercontrol modulewilljudgewhetherto triggertheanti-pinchfunctionacordingtothe motorcurrentandHallsignal,soastoavoid pinching accidents.

0 引言
当前市场上搭载电动扰流板功能的车辆,大多仅实现电动扰流板(尾翼)的基础开启与关闭功能,其作用更多局限于装饰,仅为用户提供视觉上的炫酷效果,控制逻辑简单、智能化水平较低,与传统机械式扰流板差异较小,未能充分发挥电动扰流板的技术优势与实际功能价值。(剩余3757字)
