【Abstract】 The global automotive industry is accelerating its transformation and upgrading towards electrification,intelligence,internetconnectivityanddigitizationunder thesuperpositionof the "carbonneutral" strategyandthe scientificand technologicalrevolution.The explosive growth of the new energyvehicle market,the commercialization of high-level autonomous driving technology,and the deep penetration offlexible manufacturing, digitaltwin and other new models in the manufacturing endaredriving the subversive reconstruction of the industrial value chain.Inthis process,the structural differentiationof talent demandis becoming more and moreprominent: the demand fortalents inhigh-precision fields such assoftware algorithms,battery material science,andautomotivegradechip design is surging; personnel in traditional manufacturing positionsurgentlyneedto master human-machine collboration,industrial Internetoperationand maintenance,andotherskilsupgrading;andthere isaglobal shortage of leading talents insystemarchitecture design,cross-border technology integration and business model innovation. Therefore,this paper analyzes the deep-seated impactof industrial upgrading on the talent supply and demand system, anddiscusses theoptimization pathof talent structure,witha viewto building amoresuitable talentsupportsystem for the automobile industry to achieve technological autonomy and sustainable development.
