【Abstract】The frequent quality problems of new energy vehicles during the mass production stage directly affct the driving experience ofusersandthe safety andreliabilityoftheentire vehicle.To systematicallyadress this challenge，this article adopts the"Six-step Method for Analyzing Quality Issues of Xiaopeng"as the methodology， focusing on the three core quality problems in the mass production stage，and proposes replicable technical paths and management countermeasures.
