【Abstract】 Occupational health issues of commercial vehicle drivers have become increasingly prominent. In the post-pandemic era，health demands continue to upgrade.Intelligent health cockpits have becomean important development direction for commercial vehicle technology.Based on ergonomics，environmental engineering and intellgentsensing technology，thispaper systematicallanalyzes the healthrisksof commercial vehicle cabins in dimensions such as airquality，microbial control，human-machineinteractionand inteligent environmental monitoring， and proposes a closed-loop health guarantee system architecture covering "monitoring-purification-protectioninteraction".This paper focuses on discusing the realization paths ofcore technologies such as real-time monitoring of multi-source pollutants，intelligent fresh air purification，intelligent perception of drivers'physiological states， and personalized health management.It also combines the dynamics of industry standardsand the actual operational scenario requirements to provide theoretical references for the technological upgrading of the industry.
