【Abstract】A certain type of pickup truck was brought into the station for maintenance due to faults such as circuit burn damage，air conditioning failure and high-temperatureengine.After a preliminary diagnosis，it was determined thatthefault was intheairconditioning controlcircuit.Thefault locationwas hindered due tothelack of spareparts and incomplete originalfactorycircuit diagrams.Basedonthereview ofthe terminal definitions of vehicle fuse boxes and theconsultationof relevant technical materials，this paper reconstructs three posibleair conditioning control circuit topologies and accordingly proposes two feasible troubleshooting schemes.
