【Abstract】With the rapid development of the automotive manufacturing industry，problems such as resource shortage，environmental polltion and green trade barriers have forced the automotive industry to accelerate its transformation toa greeneconomic model.This article takes theautomotive industryas theresearch object.Firstly，it explains theconnotationof thegreen economicmodelintheautomotiveindustry，includingitsdefinition，thecessity of transformation and the current development status.Then，the promotion path of this model is mainlydiscussed， covering aspects such as strengthening policy guidance and institutional guarantee，promoting the integration of technological innovation and green manufacturing，optimizing industrial chain collaboration and the constructionof green supplychains.Finally，industrial practice strategiessuch as thecoordinated development of new energy vehicles and low-carbon travel，andthe circular economyand eficientutilization of resources were proposed.Theresearch aims to providereferences for thepractical inovation of green economic models intheautomotive industry，assist in building a resoure-conserving society and an environmentally friendly automotive industry ecosystem.
