The Application of Electronic Diagnostic Technology in the Inspection andMaintenanceofNewEnergyVehicles

【Abstract】To enhance the intelligent level of fault detectionand maintenance of new energy vehicles,taking typical power systemsand high-voltage electrical components as examples,theapplication mechanism of electronic diagnostic technology in multi-dimensionaldataacquisition,fault sourcetracing analysis and maintenance process control is studied.The key technical paths such as fault code parsing,data flow monitoring,waveform feature recognitionand remote diagnosis were analyzed.The results show that the diagnosis method based on standard communication protocols and time-domain and frequency-domain joint analysis cansignificantly improve the accuracy of fault location,while the remote diagnosis systemexpands thereal-time performance and regional adaptabilityof maintenance services.
