【Abstract】Digitalization and intelligent manufacturing are the keys to the transformation and upgrading of he heavy truck industry. Given the characteristics of the heavy truck industry,such as "smallbatch,multiple varieties, and high customization",its digital transformation should place emphasis on flexibleproduction andsupply chain collaboration.Thisarticle mainly introduces theapplicationof key technologies suchas industrial Internet,big data andartificial intelligence,and digital twins inthe heavytruck industry.Italso proposes development strategiesfrom three aspects:building a data perception network,creating a modular production architecture,and innovating the supply chain collaboration paradigm, providing references for the high-quality development of the industry.
