【Abstract】New energy vehicle charging systems are increasingly exposed to harsh environments—intense heat,depcold,highhumidity,andelectromagneticinterference—allofwhichcompromisesystemstabilityand reliability.This study centerson the charging system itself,dissecting its most vulnerable failure paterns under such complex conditions.A multi-dimensional diagnostic framework isdeveloped,integrating real-time sensor monitoring, physical system modeling,and AI-driven fault prediction.Building on these foundations,the paper proposes asuite of targeted strategies,including fault tolerance design,communication protocol redundancy,andadaptive environmental hardenig.Experimentalresultsdemonstratethat the proposed framework significantly improves earlyfault detection andsystemself-recovery,offring critical technical assurance forsafeandresilient charging in extreme scenarios.
