【Abstract】Due to its technical characteristics,the front combination light of acar is prone to fogging during vehicle use when encountering high-humidity environments,rain or car washing conditions,similar to the fogging of thefront windshield.Although such phenomena can beeliminated through vehicle operation and other means,the after-sales market willstillgenerate complaintsandclaims due to factorssuch as affcting theappearanceof vehicle lights.Thefogging problemofcarlights isacommonisue prevalent intheautomotive lighting industry.Thecommon technical solutions inthecurent industryare: ading ventilation structures,addinganti-fog coatings inside the lamps, etc.The above-mentioned various solutions can reduce the proportion of complaints to a certain extent,but the data from market applications show thatthey have not completely resolved customer complaints.This article,through a comprehensiveandin-depth analysis ofthe influencing factors offoging in frontcombination lamps,proposes keyand effective technical paths to solve the problem of fogging in vehicle lamps.
