【Abstract】As an important warning tool for the safe driving of automobiles，the design and development research ofcar horns isof greatsignificance.Through in-depth analysisof mechanical horns，thisarticle elaborates on aspects suchasthe appearance design，qualityrequirements，structural design，interface design，and instalation requirements of mechanical horns，providing theoretical and technical support forthe design and developmentof automotive mechanical horns，and promoting the innovation and development of the automotive horn industry.

1 功能介绍

喇叭是汽车的外部声音信号装置，在乘用车行驶过程中，驾驶员通过按压喇叭开关，使电源接通继电器控制回路，进而驱动喇叭的发声装置。（剩余3614字）
