【Abstract】With the development of commercial vehicle electrification,the interface matching problem between theintegratedcontrollerand the vehicle circuit is prone to causeloadcontrolfaults.Fortheabnormal driveand status fedback functionof thepower take-offofacertain model(the indicator lightsof the instrument panel and switch remain constantly ON when in theON position,andthe solenoid valve is closed without response),bycombiningthe internal interface circuitofthebodycontrolerandtheoverallelectrical circuitof thevehicle,thecauseofthefault was located throughcircuit disassembly,voltage calculationand software logic analysis: First,there is a parasitic ground inthe input interface circuit,which causes the indicator light to remain constantlyon; The second is the mismatch of thelogic parameters for voltage judgmentin theBCMsoftware.The third issue is that theoutput drive curentthreshold is relativelylow(theupperlimitof1Aislowerthantheratedcurentof1.5Aof thesolenoid valve, triggering false protection).Basedonthis,animprovementscheme isproposed,which includesaddingannti-everse diode,optimizing the AD sampling logic (seting theconfiguration item to 1 and changing the preset state to LOW), and correcting thecurrentthresholdto2A.After testing,thefault hasbeen completelyeliminated,which canprovide technical reference for the control circuit design ofsimilar vehicle models.
