【Abstract】The automotive industry's transformation towards electrification，inteligence and connectivity has put forward higher requirements for the integrationof industryand education.However，it isconfronted with predicaments such as insuficient strategic coordination，lagging talent cultivation，weak enterprise participationand the absence ofoperational mechanisms.There is alack of specialized policies and weak regionalcoordination in terms of strategy.The professional setings intheeducationsectorarerigid，thecontent lags behind，andpractical training is backward.Enterprises‘participation is limiteddue to their cost capacity constraints.The long-term mechanism and evaluation system arenotsound.Itis necessaryto strengthen top-leveldesign，establishaprofessionalearly warning mechanism，encourage enterprises todeeplyparticipatethrough fiscalandtax policies，optimizetheindustry-education platforms and teaching staf，improve the long-term investment and evaluation system，and promote the integrationof industry and education to assist industrial upgrading.
