【Abstract】To addressthe issue of insufficient energy effciency of electric vehicle heat pump air conditioning systems in complex environments such as low temperature and high humidity,this paper deeply analyzes its working mechanism,including the system structure composition,the thermodynamic cycle characteristics of the working medium,andthe performance features under different working conditions.It also discusses key influencing factors such as system matching design,energyloss and recovery mechanisms,and proposes targeted optimization strategies: applying new and highly efficient working fluids to enhance the thermodynamic performance at low temperatures, optimize the structure and materials of heat exchangers to strengthen heat exchange eficiency,and achieve the stepwise utilizationof the vehicle's heat through modular integration and intellgent thermal management.Research shows that the above strategies can effectively break through the energy eficiencybottleneck of heat pump systems in extreme environments,providing technical references for enhancing the winter driving range of electric vehicles and promoting the energy efficiency upgrade of the entire thermal management system chain.
