【Abstract】Against the backdrop of the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry,range anxiety is the main pain point forusers,and the energy consumption optimizationofon-board electrical appliances is closely related to the range capacity.This paper mainly explores the influence of environmental factors,usage scenarios and user behaviors on the energy consumption of on-board electrical appliances,and proposes strategies such as the optimizationof intelligent energy recoverysystems,energy-saving control of dynamic thermal management systems, selection and integration of low-power electronic components,predictive energy consumption management based on navigation,and precise assessment of battry health status.These strategies canreduce the energy consumptionof onboard electrical appliances,enhance the driving range of new energy vehicles,and provide references for alleviating users'range anxiety,strengthening the competitiveness of new energy vehicles,and promoting the sustainable development of the industry.
