【Abstract】Transistor switch drive technology provides an efficient solution for automotive lighting circuits. This paper designs a drive circuit based on a hybrid architecture of MOSFET and BJT.Through experimental verification,the switch response time of this circuit reaches 0.8μs ,the power consumptionis reduced by 25% ,and it maintains stable operation within the range of -40 to 125°C . The actual test verification range reaches 85qC ,meeting the requirements of the AEC-Q1oo Grade 1 automotive electronics standard.
