【Abstract】The development of new energy vehicles is an inevitable path for China to transition from a major automotive nation toaleading automotive powerhouse,and it holds significant importance for promoting the green transformation of the economy.However,as the industry continues to developand technological advancements accelerate,new energy vehicle projects that highly integrate key components suchas electronic control systems and radio frequency antennas face multiple risk challenges during their development and implementation proceses.These challnges include ensuring the precision and reliability of electronic control responses,suppressing interference from multi-frequency radio signals,increasing thecomplexityof cross-domain technical collaboration,andadapting to rapidlychanging external environments.Therefore,thispaper focuses on complex new energy vehicle projects involving theintegrationof electroniccontrol systems andRFantennas,exploring methods for constructingadynamic risk assessment model.Theaimis to enhance theforesightand precisionof riskresponse incorecomponents,thereby providing support forthe steady developmentof the new energyvehicle industry in key areas of intelligence and connectivity.
