摘 要 在教育数字化转型与智慧医疗快速发展的背景下,医学院校教师的数字素养已成为不可或缺的核心能力。文章剖析了医学院校教师数字素养存在的问题,并从加强顶层设计、推进数字资源共建共享、开展医学数字化培训、开拓数字化教育实践、构建数字素养评价等方面提出相应策略,旨在为医学院校教师数字素养培育提供参考。

Research on Strategies for Enhancing Digital Literacy of Medical College

Teachers under the Background of Education Digital Transformation

Abstract Against the backdrop of digital transformation in education and rapid development of smart healthcare, the digital literacy of medical school teachers has become an indispensable core competency. The article analyzes the problems of digital literacy among medical college teachers and proposes corresponding strategies from the aspects of strengthening top-level design, promoting the co construction and sharing of digital resources, conducting medical digital training, exploring digital education practices, and constructing digital literacy evaluations, aiming to provide reference for the cultivation of digital literacy among medical college teachers.
