专业课程与人才培养方案融合的途径探索
——以“交通工程学”为例
摘 要 专业课程作为人才培养方案的核心,其与培养方案的契合程度直接影响了教学质量。文章以“交通工程学”为例,总结了专业课程与人才培养方案融合存在的问题,探讨了专业课程教学与人才培养方案有机融合的途径,旨在提高课程教学效果和人才培养质量。

Exploration of the Integration Path between Professional Courses and
Talent Training Programs
——Taking Traffic Engineering as an Example

Abstract As the core courses of talent training programs, the degree of alignment between professional courses and training programs directly affects the quality of teaching. The article takes "Transportation Engineering" as an example to summarize the problems in the integration of professional courses and talent training programs, and explores the organic integration of professional course teaching and talent training programs, aiming to improve teaching effectiveness and talent training quality.
