校企深度融合下现代产业学院运行模式研究

摘 要 文章重点研究了校企深度融合下现代产业学院的运行模式，结合江阴职业技术学院与海澜集团共建的海澜产业学院运行现状，从现代产业学院应拓展共建渠道、探索共管共育人才培养模式、协作开发校企合作课程、建设优秀师资队伍等方面进行深度分析，从而为提升校企共建的现代产业学院实践效益提供借鉴。

Research on the Operation Mode of Modern Industrial Colleges under the

Deep Integration of Schools and Enterprises

Abstract The article focuses on the practical strategies of the operation mode of the modern industrial college jointly built by schools and enterprises through deep integration. Combining with the current situation of the operation practice of the Hailan Industrial College jointly built by Jiangyin Polytechnic College and Hailan Group， the article conducts in-depth analysis from the aspects of expanding the co construction channels， exploring the co management and co education talent training mode， collaborating on the development of school enterprise cooperation courses， and building an excellent teaching staff team of the modern industrial college jointly built by schools and enterprises， in order to provide reference for improving the operational efficiency of the modern industrial college jointly built by schools and enterprises.
