摘 要 文章旨在探讨中国—东盟教育开放合作背景下,基于“人才共育、资源共享、课程共建、互学共享、师资共用”的理念,由政府牵头,校企协同,构建“中文+职业技能”三段式模式。该模式结合了中文语言学习与职业技能培训,旨在培养既懂中文又具备专业技能的复合型人才,以满足中国及东盟各国的经济和社会发展需求。

Practical Study on the Three Stage Model of "Chinese + Vocational Skills"

under the Background of China ASEAN Education Openness

Abstract The article aims to explore the concept of "talent co education, resource sharing, curriculum co construction, mutual learning and sharing, and teacher sharing" under the background of China ASEAN education open cooperation. Led by the government and coordinated by schools and enterprises, a three-stage model of "Chinese+vocational skills" is constructed. This model combines Chinese language learning with vocational skills training, aiming to cultivate compound talents who understand Chinese and possess professional skills to meet the economic and social development needs of China and ASEAN countries.
