新时代高校弘扬劳模精神的价值意蕴和实践路径

摘 要 劳模精神是社会主义核心价值观的生动诠释，是民族精神和时代精神的重要组成部分。高校是培养人才的摇篮，是社会主义精神文明建设的重要阵地。在科学把握新时代劳模精神核心内涵的基础上，通过制度建设、文化创设、课程融入三个维度大力弘扬劳模精神，对于高校立德树人、培根铸魂有着重要意义。

Model Workers in Universities in the New Era

Abstract The spirit of model workers is a vivid interpretation of the core socialist values and an important component of the national spirit and the spirit of the times. Universities are the cradle for cultivating talents and an important battlefield for the construction of socialist spiritual civilization. On the basis of scientifically grasping the core connotation of the spirit of model workers in the new era， it is of great significance to vigorously promote the spirit of model workers through three dimensions： institutional construction， cultural creation， and curriculum integration， in order to cultivate moral character and cultivate the soul of universities.
