Abstract：Curiculumideologyandpoliticsarethekeymeasurestoimplementthefundamentaltasksofestablishingmorality andcultivatingpeople.Asthebasiccourseofmicroelectronics，integratedcircuits，electronicinformation，andotoelectroic information，Semiconductorysicsplaysavitalroleinthetrainingofinformationprofesionals.ispaperexploestemethods andimplementationmeasuresofthecuriculumideologicalandpoliticalteachingreformintecourseofSemiconductorPhysics， mainlyicludingthephilosophicalthinkinginthecourse，thehistoryofsemiconductorscienceandtechnology，thededsof Chinesescientists，andthedevelopmentofthesemiconductorindustry.Teideologicalandpolicalthinking，methodandmeans in the course of Semiconductor Physics are deeply analyzed.
